If a client needs to obtain right-of-way for a given project, Twin Peaks puts its experienced right-of-way agents on the ground to thoroughly research surface ownership, encumbrances and all title issues related to the proposed route. When necessary, this research can even be used to help determine the feasibility of a particular route or to determine a secondary plan.

Our title specialists are familiar with the various systems used by individual counties and states to index land holdings and can complete the research efficiently and accurately.  Once the research for complete chains of title is complete, we prepare title reports that detail ownership, leases, encumbrances (including liens and mortgages), as well as any mineral interests for the land acquisition.
